The plot revolves around Pancho DomĂnguez, alias âEl Charro del Arrabalâ (JosĂ© Pulido), a former cattle rustler turned gangster who controls an extortion racket in the city. The story intensifies when he becomes involved in a turbulent romance with the rumbera Rosa (Rosa Carmina) and clashes with political and criminal rivals.
