Sasheer Zamata MooreĀ (/sÉĖŹÉŖÉrĀ zÉĖmeÉŖtÉ/; born May 6, 1986)Ā is an American actress and stand-up comedian. She is best known for her tenure as a cast memberĀ on theĀ NBCĀ sketch comedyĀ seriesĀ Saturday Night LiveĀ from 2014 to 2017. Since she departed fromĀ SNL, she has garnered wider attention for her leading roles in the TV seriesĀ WokeĀ (2020ā2022) andĀ Home EconomicsĀ (2021ā2023). In 2024, Zamata starred asĀ Jennifer KaleĀ in theĀ Disney+Ā Marvel Cinematic UniverseĀ showĀ Agatha All Along. She has also served as a celebrity ambassador for theĀ American Civil Liberties Union.
