Vsevolod (Seva) Yakovlevich Gakkel (Russian: ΠΡΠ΅Π²ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ΄ (Π‘Π΅Π²Π°) Π―ΠΊΠΎΠ²Π»Π΅Π²ΠΈΡ ΠΠ°ΠΊΠΊΠ΅Π»Ρ, born 19 February 1953, Leningrad USSR) β Soviet and Russian rock-musician, mostly known as cellist in "ΠΠΊΠ²Π°ΡΠΈΡΠΌ". In 1991 founded TaMtAm music club, the first independent rock organisation in modern Russia.
